This 473 bed residence hall provides 83 apartment style suites on 180,000 square feet. Each suite has private living, kitchen and bedrooms with three, double occupancy bedrooms. The building also comprises computer, study and large function rooms as well as providing multiple tel/data/video ports for each pillow. The architectural style derives from and supports the campus context of Georgian revival, tapestry brick, style buildings that are common in Boston's Back Bay/Fenway area. *Richard Nilsson, AIA completed the architectural programming and design for this dormitory and served as Architect's Project Manager while working for Marsters & Partners Architects.
